Nursing Students Embark on an Academic and Cultural Journey in Singapore

From March 16 to 22, Nursing students from Eastern International University (EIU) took part in a field study program at the National University of Singapore (NUS). The program not only enriched their professional knowledge but also offered valuable insights into Singapore’s advanced healthcare system.

Throughout the week-long experience, EIU students had the opportunity to visit and learn at prominent healthcare institutions such as St. Andrew’s Community Hospital, St. Luke’s Eldercare, and the Ronald McDonald House at the National University Hospital (NUH). They also engaged in hands-on activities at the medical simulation center, explored the Anatomy Museum, and participated in specialized classes on pharmacology, pathophysiology, and physical assessment delivered by NUS faculty.
