Vietnamese and Japanese students took the stage with artistic performances that beautifully showcased the richness of their respective cultures.
One of the highlights of the event was the fashion show and presentation on traditional costumes of Vietnam and Japan. The students, despite initial unfamiliarity, confidently shared the stories and symbolism behind the outfits, creating a vibrant and meaningful cultural experience. This interactive exchange not only fostered cultural understanding but also deepened the friendship between students from the two nations.
Japanese students took the lead in presenting and modeling traditional Vietnamese attire with enthusiasm and grace.
In addition to cultural activities, the Japanese students also participated in English language courses with native-speaking lecturers and engaged in various academic sessions.
“My short time studying at EIU left a strong impression on me, especially the lecturers at the Foreign Language Center. Their teaching style, dedication, and deep expertise were truly inspiring,” shared Izumi Norihiro, a student from Yamaguchi University, reflecting on his recent learning experience at EIU.

To mark the conclusion of the program, EIU awarded certificates of completion for the English course to the visiting Japanese students. The program not only offered them valuable educational experiences but also opened new avenues for future collaborations between EIU and Japanese universities.
