As part of the Vision Alignment series in 2025, Eastern International University (EIU) hosted a session on the morning of April 23, 2025, under the theme: “Digitalizing Administrative Systems to Drive Innovation at BBS.” The event welcomed the university’s leadership, lecturers, staff with key insights shared by Mr. Lê Vinh Quang, Vice Dean of the Becamex Business School and core member of the DMS project team.

The Digitalizing Administrative Systems (DMS) project is recognized as a strategic first step in EIU’s digital transformation journey—aiming to enhance operational efficiency and management quality across BBS and the university as a whole. During the session, the project team discussed the challenges currently faced in administrative processes and proposed targeted solutions. The project centers around developing a centralized data management system to streamline the handling of documents, records, tasks, and projects using user-friendly digital tools.
Following the presentation, a dynamic discussion unfolded among various departments. Questions focused on maximizing the use of available data without overextending resources, ensuring secure storage and extraction, and fostering cross-unit collaboration.
